The success or decline of any movement hinges on its leadership. Whenever two or more individuals come together, a capable leader becomes essential for nurturing and expanding the community. Jesus serves as the supreme model of a servant leader, instructing His disciples to emulate His example. A leader’s role is to guide their group with a foundation of truth and love, embodying the daily life of Christ.
A thriving movement cannot proliferate without effective leadership. Within our ministries, we impart teachings and provide training to cultivate leaders rooted in the principles and practices found in the Bible. Developing leaders is a fundamental aspect of our mission in advancing the Kingdom of God. Our approach to leadership uniquely emphasizes decentralization, contrasting with many others, as we mobilize and multiply leaders to propel the Kingdom movement forward
There is both online and onsite trainings equip the disciples fellowship group leaders. Our training is simple and solid. We develop contents based on the need of the leaders in their context.
